I can’t Believe It!

I haven’t even had this blog a year yet and it feels so majorly important to me. I’ve written a great deal of poetry here. I’ve also touched quite a bit on mental health. I’ve really combined the two in a book that I’ve written through Flutter Press. This is so exciting! It’s called “I’m Still Here.”

Thank you for the support I’ve gotten from all of you. It means so much!

Read with me?

I’ve been loving Find Her by Lisa Gardner. This post began as a review, but my ADD got the best of me per usual.

I’m new to writing book reviews, which I feel I should be more experienced by now being an avid reader. I love the horror/thriller/suspense genres. Find Her is a wonderfully written thriller with believable, grounded characters. The most memorable being Flora Dane. She’s a wonderfully complex, strong, and multifaceted female character. I couldn’t put the book down. Fully engaged, loving the suspense and surprises, I’m about 3/4 of the way through, and I can’t wait to pick out my next Lisa Gardner thriller that I can transition in to when I’ve completed Find Her.
I’ve always been partial a dark thriller opposed to a drama/romance. Any recommendations are welcome. I’d love to be part of a book club. I’d be more than happy to read the recommendations of others and Vice versa to create some honest reviews and dialogs for those with similar interests. Do you like the darker genres?
What do you think?
All are welcome.
If anyone responds that is 😉
